Menstruation is a natural process that occurred in a women’s body where their uterus lining, including blood and tissues, sheds and comes out of the vagina. It is a discomforting situation that includes cramps, mood swings, and pain. Having a period is a monthly occurrence that generally lasts up to five days. But, it differs from person to person.
Menstruation happens when girls hit puberty. The average age of a girl when she has her periods is twelve or thirteen years. The pain and cramps are often discomforting to the extent that only medicines can dampen the symptoms.
