Let Your Finger Become Your Reset Button

Using your finger is probably a technique you’ve never heard of before, but it works great when you feel so overwhelmed you don’t know what to do – and you don’t want to move at all! While it’s embarrassing to look like you’re sucking your thumb in public, it’s a proven technique that works anywhere. 

All you need to do is lift your thumb into your mouth. You don’t need to put your whole thumb in your mouth, but you want to at least get the tip up to the edge of your fingernail into your mouth. Then, you want to take a deep breath and blow.
