You may think a large Strawberry Banana Smoothie isn’t bad when it comes to only having 1 gram of fat, but it also has 330 calories in it and a total of 76 carbs. Probably not the best drink if you have diabetes and have to watch your carbohydrate intake either, especially when thinking a smoothie would be a good choice in place of soda pop.
