What does this mean? It’s our fight or flight mode, and stress can sometimes be a good thing, but in the long term, it’s taking a massive toll on our bodies. It’s time to let your nervous system have a reset and rest.
When you can do that, you will feel so much calmer and more relaxed. This rest will give your body and mind the chance to perform at it’s best. If you’re running on fumes and coffee, it’s only going to worsen.
