Ah, the avocado. This creamy green fruit has exploded in popularity, garnishing toast and tortilla chips around the world. But the way we like avocado? Turned into avocado fries, of course. Pairing the creamy freshness of the avocado with the crispy, delicious panko creates a flavor bomb that can’t be beaten. They only take about 8 minutes in the air fryer and are a great way to introduce someone to avocado if they haven’t tried it before. Though they have a bit more fat than some of our other recipes, it’s a healthy fat, so don’t be afraid to give these avocado fries a try.
