Does your phone keeps your mind diverted from sleep even after a hectic day? When after working your mind and body off for eight long hours, you go towards your bed, lie in there comfortably, and suddenly the thought of checking your phone pops-up in your mind. How often does this happen?

A good friend is the best therapy. We often happen to forget our problems and worries when we talk to our friend who shares the same level of understanding, isn’t it so? A hang out with a bunch of friends keeps our minds frenzied from all objects and all we know is that we are surrounded by some people whom we want to have endless fun with.
