Believe it or not, your sleep has to do a lot with your health. Not taking proper sleep can impact your health in many ways, a weakened immune system being one. You must have noticed that when you are not getting adequate sleep for more than two days, you will start dealing with aches, pains, or a fever from another infection.
That’s because your level of stress hormone increases when you don’t get the sleep that eventually makes your immune system weaker. Hence, it is advised to complete at least eight hours of sleep to keep your immune system in good health.
