
15. Not All Protein Is Created Equal
The worst way to get protein is to eat bars and drink shakes. These products have amino acids but very little nutritional content, and they also tend to come loaded with processed carbs (via Mayo Clinic). You also want to be careful of eating a lot of meat, which tends to be high in saturated fat, which is also pretty bad for you.
