Eating Junk Food
Feasting on junk food is the quick and easy way to get a meal in. Not to mention that fast food tastes extra good on an empty stomach, but that’s because of all the extra fat content in each meal. Fast food is incredibly cheap and dangerous because it makes it a straightforward option if you’re trying to save on your monthly expenses. Eating fast food too often increases plenty of health risks, including weight gain, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and some types of cancer. The brain’s reward center is also jumpstarted when eating fast food, so it becomes wired to expect and even crave these unhealthy foods.
