
Leaving Dirty Sheets On the Bed
Changing the bed sheets isn’t usually at the top of people’s lists of chores to complete throughout the day. Probably because they spend most of their time in bed being unconscious, so they don’t really think about it. But not changing your bed sheets for an extended period of time is… actually pretty gross. There are a lot of dead skin cells and oils covering your sheets and pillows, and it’s generally not a good idea to continue sleeping on them for a long time. It’s usually recommended that you change your bedsheets at least once a week for aesthetic reasons, but for busy people, once every two weeks or once a month is better than not changing them at all.
