No, your nose isn’t growing as you age (unless you are still telling silly lies!). As you age, your nose can sag, and change shape or appear different. Similar to other parts of the body, your skin is sagging because the collagen and elastin fibers in the cartilage are breaking down. According to a University of Milan study, men’s noses increase in volume by an average of nearly 20 percent between the ages of 18-30 and 65-80. Women’s noses change by about 18 percent throughout their decades of life.
