Outstanding Onion and Garlic
Onions possess antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties. So it not only eases swelling of the throat but assists with the expulsion of phlegm from the body and helps to fight off the infection that may be caused by the phlegm. - Peel and finely chop an onion
