A persimmon is a fruit that looks like a large orange tomato. Its flesh is sweet which makes it highly favorable to the palate. The fewer fats you have stored in your body, the less likely they are to clog up your arteries. Persimmons are full of antioxidants and polyphenols. There is also fiber present which clears the arteries and regulates the blood pressure.
